By accessing or using the Crested Creek Coffee website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm order acceptance via email or phone.
All prices are quoted in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is required before shipment unless credit terms have been explicitly agreed in writing. For wholesale orders, payment terms will be specified in the invoice.
We ship within Uganda and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns. If coffee arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will evaluate each case on an individual basis and may offer replacement or refund at our discretion.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Coffee characteristics may vary slightly between batches due to natural variations in growing conditions and processing.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Crested Creek Coffee or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crested Creek Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
